TCF was founded by family office leaders who have experienced the gap between the institutional-scale risk family offices face and the resources available to address it. That lived experience has shaped our vision to create purpose-built standards, develop practical guidance, and provide independent advisory support designed specifically for family offices.

Ynez has worked in family office finance and operations since 2007, living through the shift from in-house infrastructure to cloud and SaaS - and the security challenges that followed. As a family office executive and Advisor to The Cyber Foundation, Ynez is helping to lead the effort to build what the industry has lacked: a practical, organized framework for managing cybersecurity in family offices.
Kasey has spent more than twenty years dedicated to elite digital security - at the intersection of technology, risk, and trust within the highest levels of the Family Office world. He has built programs from the ground up, led teams, and worked directly with families to manage risk where no roadmap existed. Along the way, he developed insights and standards the broader industry had yet to imagine. The Cyber Foundation is the natural extension of that work, born from seeing what was missing and the resolve to build it.
